The Administration Department provides a wide range of services to QGI and its employees, and ensures that daily operational needs are met to the highest standards.
The Department covers three areas: Administrative Services , Facilities Management and Procurement.
Administrative services covers logistics services such as reservations, transportation and arrangements for events.
Facilities Management provides a range of support services such as security, cleaning, building maintenance and office furniture.
The Department is also responsible for centralising all QGI procurement requirements.
